The STS1800 is the perfect steamer for juice and smoothie bars. The steamer is produced with a 4.5-liter nickel-plated boiler and a 2000 watt heating element that enables the steamer to produce continuous steam.

The automatic water fill mechanism will shut off the motor if no water has reached the pump. Continuous steam provides uninterrupted service with no recovery time needed.
