This grinder is an update to the E80 Grind by Weight.

With Sync Features

• “High-precision and micrometric adjustment of the gap between burrs with an electric motor”: accurate to a single micron, the motor assisted grind size adjustment creates a level of precision that is impossible to match with traditional adjustment mechanisms. This makes manually dialing in the grinder quicker and easier.
• “Mahlkönig Sync desktop app giving valuable in-depth data insights to monitor and manage decision-making processes remotely and locally”: the Mahlkonig Apps (desktop and mobile) provide a wealth of usage data to the owner, including stats on coffee usage that can be invaluable to café owners and roasters, and maintenance alerts to keep the grinder running smoothly. Additionally, the wifi connectivity will allow for simple software updates.
• “Grind-by-Sync cloud technology enabling intelligent synchronization between grinder and coffee machine for repeatable and consistent coffee quality”: Sync technology will allow the user to connect with compatible espresso machines and devices.
