The goal with this certified Organic and Fair Trade blend is to develop delicate smoky nuances while retaining sweetness, richness and fruit-toned dark chocolate flavors. The blend combines coffees from Latin America for chocolaty and spicy flavors, Sumatra to provide balance and richness to the blend, and Ethiopia to contribute aromatic nuance.
