This coffee is a selective blend of strictly hard bean coffees from Brazil, Colombia and Honduras, selected to hold up to the darker roast without losing flavor or body. In the cup is a balance of sweetness and pleasant bitterness that French roasts are known for, with smoky, chocolate and caramel notes.
