Grind Setting Adjustment During Operation

It's important to remember that you should ONLY adjust the grind setting while the machine is powered on and running. Otherwise you run the risk of more frequent cleanings and possibly not getting any grinds at all. Attempting to change the setting while the machine is not running will be considered “operator error” and any resulting damage will not be covered under warranty.

Clean the bean hopper and covers before first use and on a regular basis for best results. Use mild non-abrasive soap and rinse thoroughly.

Retro kits for older grinders are not available.

Be sure to follow directions when adjusting the grind settings to avoid voiding the warranty due to “operator error.” Only adjust the setting when the machine is on and the burrs are moving. This prevents problems with the burrs such as clogs and improper grinding operation such as clogged burrs, grinds that are too course, or no grinds at all.
